All the Boys Love Mandy Lane is a 2006 American horror/thriller film. Currently, there is no scheduled release for the United States, though an August 2008 date is purported.It received a theatrical release in the UK on February 15, 2008. Originally finished in 2006, the film premiered at a number of film festivals throughout 2006 and 2007.
Notable premieres include Toronto Film Festival, Sitges Film Festival, South by Southwest Film Festival, and London FrightFest Film Festival. The film has been rated R for strong disturbing violence, pervasive drug and alcohol use, sexuality/nudity, and language.
The film is about US teenagers. Many boys, including Dylan and Emmet, find Mandy Lane (Amber Heard) attractive. At a pool party at Dylan’s house Emmet encourages Dylan to jump from a roof into the swimming pool. Dylan hits concrete and dies. Mandy and others blame Emmet for this.
