Alvin and the Chipmunks is a 2007 family film about the life and return of the musical group Alvin and the Chipmunks (and in the animated series of the same name). It is directed by Tim Hill and produced by Bagdasarian Productions, New Regency Productions, and 20th Century Fox.
The story begins in a hill backdrop in a snowy forest. Three chipmunks (named Alvin, Simon and Theodore) are singing Daniel Powter’s “Bad Day”. They complain about the food storage when Alvin accidentally empties their stock, because the storage space was full and Alvin accidentally fell into the hole, resulting in all the nuts flying out.
