Frontier(s) (original French title Frontière(s)) is a horror film written and directed by Xavier Gens. It was intended to be one of the 8 Films to Die For at Horrorfest 2007, but due to the MPAA giving the film an NC-17 rating, it will instead hit theatres in the US unrated May 9, 2008.
A gang of small time crooks take advantage of riots in the French inner cities to set up a heist. The robbery goes terribly wrong and the group splits up. With the police on their tails, some of the gang take refuge in a seedy hostel owned by degenerate rednecks. What they don’t know is that their hick hosts are neo-Nazi cannibals desperate for a New World Order and will go to any lengths to turn their fascist fantasy into reality. The crooks are subsequently subjected to mutilation and torture.
