I wouldn’t trust the patch, I scanned it at virustotal.com and many scanners say its bad:

Comodo 1102 = TrojWare.Win32.Trojan.Agent.A

NOD32 = a variant of Win32/HackTool.Patcher.A
Panda = Suspicious file
Prevx1 = Medium Risk Malware
Sophos = Troj/AdbPat-A
Sunbelt = Trojan-Downloader.Generic
TrendMicro = PAK_Generic.001
