A mix of late ’80s/early ’90s songs, with a couple of older, ’70s-era tracks. The band avoids its bigger ’80s hits– which is actually quite admirable, because we had heard most of them on ‘World Wide Live’. The overall delivery is decent if unspectacular; the die-hard Scorps fans will find enough to please them.
The energetic “Tease Me, Please Me” is good, and the thick “Alien Nation” is similar in stature. The band’s excellent ’70s pulse-rhythm is displayed on “In Trance,” and other good cuts include “Is There Anybody There?” and “Crazy World”.
